Published specifications are internal measurements on our test cell and are not a guarantee of performance on your manifest. Published prices hold for 30 days from the date of a written request.
Licence
Forge is licensed per cell, annual, non-transferable. The licence covers one physical cell; a second cell needs a second licence. Offline operation is permitted; reverse engineering of the runtime image is not. Policies trained on the customer's manifest remain with the customer; on cancellation the edge licence lapses and the trained artifacts and gate reports are delivered.
Pilot
The pilot is fixed scope: one cell, three families, six weeks. Manifest changes outside the three families are quoted separately. Gate reports are delivered regardless of outcome.
Performance waiver
A new SKU family below 88% held-out success is not invoiced. That is the whole remedy; it does not extend to lost production or downstream cost.
Support
99.5% cell uptime during supported hours, 08:00–18:00 GMT-3, four-hour response, remote first, next business day on site.
Safety
Forge is a software component. Cell integration, risk assessment and CE marking of the machine remain the integrator's or operator's responsibility.
IP
Policies trained on your manifest are yours to use under the licence. The pipeline, the scene compiler and the runtime remain ours.
