Robotics engineer — grippers and safety
Own the physical side: gripper integration, force limits, PL d documentation, cell risk assessment support.
- 3+ yrs with industrial arms, UR or FANUC preferred
- ISO 10218-1 and ISO 13849-1 working knowledge
- You will run the bench cell, not a simulator

ML engineer — inference
TensorRT export, INT8 calibration per gripper, edge latency budget, drift scoring.
- PyTorch and TensorRT in production, not only in notebooks
- Comfortable with 30 Hz hard budgets on 60 W
- CUDA and NGC container experience
